When will my order ship?
Your parcel should reach you within 3-7 business days or less.
How do I edit my shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at info@jamhocl.com. For change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

What do I do when I have problems with my tracking number?

Most of the time, the courier takes 1-2 business days to process your shipment status. If the tracking number still does not work, please email info@jamhocl.com and we will sort it out for you.

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not allow refund or exchange of non-electrical products. However, if you have received a defective or a different product from the one you've ordered, we're sorry! Please email us immediately at info@jamhocl.com with your order no. and pictures of the damaged/wrong product. We will attend to your concern and arrange to send you a new product free of shipping asap.
